Here is an update photo on the 5 module set. 15 ft long (two 5.5 ft long modules + two 2 ft modules) and 5.5 ft wide. Without the roundhouse I slid over a couple of tracks for sanding/fueling service. Attachments:

Got to see both modules up close this year at the train show in Cleveland. Both were great.

Just a time line update... I have since retired as of 6/15 and now live in Olympia, WA. My 28'x38' shop is going up, the 2nd floor will be B&LE. My building and future updates can be seen on ModelTrainForum.com my user name is HD FLATCAR

I'm trying to model the Greenville Shops... The area of the shop is 13.79ft X 20.68ft (HO Scale). THE WIDTH IS THE BIG PROBLEM... EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM, 13FT IS TOO WIDE. This being a large area with a lot of service shops and switches that have to function together. I would appreciate any suggests that would help me make this a functional layout. Attached is a picture of SHOPS.
