In regards to your last post, I have a report saying B&LE 902 was repainted into CN colors and has the B&LE sub-lettering. What shops are you referring too, Homewood IL, or Greenville? Also BLE 905/907 will leave the property once the SD70's get their kinks worked out and cameras installed.

Both Greenville and Quality Rail Services.
Yes there is word going around that 902 has been repainted into CN colors. No definite proof yet. I wouldn't be surprised if it does get repainted, they might repaint all the Tunnel Motors that get reassigned so they blend in with the rest of the CN power.

These units are either out being repaired or like the 878 was for years CN has them stored somewhere till they officially retire them or put them back into service. Units tend to be shipped to Homewood, IL. but thats not always the case. When it comes to moving power around and whats coming or going we are simply told to set out such and such unit, and you'll be getting such and such. Got to remember in the world of a class one locomotives are known by three things. Horse Power, AC or DC and axle count.... Color, age, history are not a factor As for the 905,907 trying to hang onto them

907 is still here, sitting in Shenango. When 866 returns 905 will leave, probably with 907.
